Data and purposes

• Account: name, email and account identifiers for sign-in, sync, account management, support and transactional messages. The current app offers email/password and Google sign-in. Older versions may use a chosen name and profile identifier.
• Your entries: pregnancy dates and stage, symptoms, mood, water, weight, sleep, movements and contractions; notes, letters, photos, appointments, medication and planning lists. These provide tracking, journaling, reminders, personalization and optional sync. You choose what to enter. Guest entry content stays on the device in the current app; analytics described below still operate.
• Communication: partner invitations, follower messages, community posts and reports are processed to provide the features you choose. Content you deliberately share is visible to the recipients or audience you select.
• Purchases: product, transaction and subscription status are processed by Google Play and RevenueCat for access, purchase verification, support and fraud prevention. Prebaby does not receive your payment card details.
• Usage and diagnostics: Mixpanel receives installation/account identifiers, app interactions, screen and event names, device/app details and coarse context including pregnancy week band and entry counts. IP-derived approximate location may be processed by analytics SDKs. Older versions use Firebase Analytics. Usage events do not include the text of your private journal or the contents of your photos. These SDKs start automatically; the current Android build does not offer an in-app analytics opt-out. You can request deletion of analytics data by email.
• Notifications and service operation: device/push identifiers, notification preferences, IP addresses and request/error information support requested notifications, reliability and security. The current app asks before enabling push notifications.

Recipients and security

Our hosting and storage providers process synced data. Google/Firebase supports sign-in and push notifications; Firebase Analytics is used by older versions. RevenueCat processes purchase status, Mixpanel processes usage analytics, and Amazon SES delivers requested account emails. Providers may process data outside your country. We do not sell your personal data or use your health entries for advertising.

The current 4.0.1 Android app uses HTTPS for its API. Older Android releases used an HTTP API, so we cannot represent every distributed version as encrypting all data in transit. Update to the latest version when available. These public privacy and deletion pages use HTTPS.

Retention and control

Synced entries remain until you remove them or request deletion. You can use the current app without an account, choose which entries to add and what to share, and request access, correction or deletion. Account deletion does not cancel a store subscription. Prebaby is intended for adults. It is a pregnancy tracker and journal, not a medical device; it does not provide diagnosis or treatment.
