Delete your Prebaby account / Hesabını sil
You can request deletion without installing Prebaby or signing in to this website. This page never deletes an account just by opening it.
Request by email
- Email support@prebabyapp.com from the email associated with your Prebaby account, with the subject Prebaby account deletion.
- State that you want your account and associated data deleted. If you used an older version without an email login, include the app version and profile identifier if available so we can locate the right record.
- We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. Do not send your password, verification codes, medical records or identity documents.
Delete inside the current app
Open Profile / Settings → Privacy and data → Delete my data, then follow the confirmation shown in the app. Guest-only entries stay on your device; use the same in-app deletion control to clear them.
Uygulama olmadan silme talebi

- Hesabının ve ilişkili verilerinin silinmesini istediğini belirt. E-posta girişi olmayan eski bir sürüm kullanıyorsan uygulama sürümünü ve varsa profil kimliğini ekle.
- Doğru hesabı sildiğimizden emin olmak için hesap sahipliğini doğrulamanı isteyebiliriz. Şifreni, doğrulama kodunu, sağlık kaydını veya kimlik belgeni gönderme.
Güncel uygulamada: Profil / Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve veri → Verilerimi sil. Misafir olarak yalnızca cihazda tuttuğun kayıtları da uygulamanın silme seçeneğiyle kaldırabilirsin.
What is deleted and what remains
In the current app, account deletion revokes sign-in sessions, removes your account name and email, and removes your pregnancies, health entries, notes, photos and exported files, appointments, medication and list entries, preferences, sign-in identities, and your authored community and follower messages from the active service. Deletion is permanent once processed. It does not cancel a Google Play subscription: cancel that separately in Google Play.
Purchase and subscription transaction records and an anonymized account/deletion reference are retained separately for purchase verification, refunds, disputes and operational records. These records currently have no automatic expiry. Service logs, backups and analytics-provider records are not erased by the in-app deletion job; request their review and deletion by email as well. We will identify any records that must be retained and their applicable retention period in our response. Google Play keeps its own purchase history under Google's policies. Copies another person saved outside Prebaby cannot be removed by us.

Satın alma ve abonelik işlem kayıtları ile anonimleştirilmiş hesap/silme referansı; satın alma doğrulaması, iadeler, itirazlar ve işlem kayıtları için ayrıca saklanır. Bu kayıtların şu anda otomatik sona erme süresi yoktur. Hizmet günlükleri, yedekler ve analitik sağlayıcı kayıtları uygulama içi silme işlemiyle temizlenmez; bunların incelenmesini ve silinmesini de e-postayla isteyebilirsin. Saklanması gereken kayıtları ve bunlara uygulanan süreyi yanıtımızda belirtiriz. Google Play kendi satın alma geçmişini kendi politikalarına göre tutar. Başkalarının Prebaby dışında sakladığı kopyaları silemeyiz.
